Good afternoon, Mikey:

As a (USAF rank withheld)  with the (U.S. State Name Withheld) Air National Guard and a proud (religious faith name withheld), I’m so grateful and thankful that you and your team at MRFF have chosen to defend our First Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution. 

And I’m especially grateful you took my case in regards to the Department of Defense cutting 180 religious affiliation codes (one of which was (religious faith name withheld.). 

It’s both heartbreaking and infuriating that the current administration treats our founding document as optional when so many of our service members, past and present, have died to defend it. 

Now more than ever, we need a tireless, tough, and relentless champion like you to continue to defend those of us in the religious minority.

Those of us in the Armed Forces all swore the same oath to defend both the Constitution and our people, and we all wear the same uniform regardless of faith, race, ethnicity or gender. So it’s a shame that now that service and dedication we all swore to give is not enough. 

I will always appreciate and support your steadfast advocacy and efforts to continue the good fight for our religious freedom!
