Hi.

I’m a veteran, a former (military branch withheld) Communications NCO, and a former pastor. I’m also a writer on (website withheld). Pete Hegseth is one of my favorite subjects, although some would say (not without cause) my favorite target. I’ve been pleading for something to be done since he took to Signal and insisted that he did no wrong – and that magazine editor was “sucked in” through someone else’s contacts. If I had done something that stupid when I was in Communications, I would be under Leavenworth in perpetuity. As the saying goes, “Different spanks for different ranks”. He was considered a security risk for Joe Biden’s inauguration and he’s patently unfit for his current position, as his actions have so obviously demonstrated. My prayer is that he will get taken down and out before he does any more damage. He’s already depleted all of our weapons stockpiles, turned our military on its head, and aided in making our military Trump’s new personal military force. If I had all the money, I would donate it to make our military what it should be again. I only hope that, once he’s gone and his asinine regulations have been overturned, our forces can recover from the damage already done. Thank you for the work you’re doing and thank you for listening to me vent.
