SERIOUSLY an SS SYMBOL GET A LIFE

Dear Military Religious Freedom Foundation,

From the wife of a deployed service member, I want to tell your
organization TO GET A LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! Really, readers saw an SS nazi
symbol? Do you or your readers have anything to do? Do you spend your
life looking for something that could remotely offend you? Do you look
for Nazi symbols in the clouds, toast, alphabet soup?

IT STANDS FOR SCOUT SNIPERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but now the symbol is unacceptable and has to be removed….. Why
don’t you thin skined, do nothing but leech off the sacrifices of
others, move to the middle east where free speech, freedom of thought
and expression is NOT TOLERATED, you’ll fit right in.

Very soon all of the incredible hero’s and real men who are sick of
people that don’t appreciate their sacrifice will leave the service
and the armed forces will probably have to have a draft because all of
the REAL PATRIOTS of this country are tired of protecting people that
do not appreciate what they have in the US.

GOOD LUCK WHEN THE TIME COMES WHEN YOU AMERICA HATERS HAVE TO FEND FOR
YOURSELVES…. The true patriots and prior defenders of our freedoms
will do just fine.

My children just asked after reading the article, Mom what do they
think they are in Afghanistan for….to fight the Jews!

Dear “wife of deployed service member,”

Thank you for your kind note.

To begin with I wanted to ask you why it is that you are afraid to
give your name; could it be you actually lack the courage of your
convictions, or could it be that you’d be embarrassed for anyone to
discover just how morally and intellectually vacuous you actually are?

My name is Akiva Miller; I am a decorated and disabled U.S. Navy
veteran (a former NCO) who actually served our nation honorably.
Interestingly enough, Mr. Weinstein, the President and Founder of the
Military Religious Freedom Foundation, also served our nation
honorably. In fact, he is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and
served honorably as an Air Force JAG before he was recruited to work
in the Reagan White House as legal counsel. Both Mr. Weinstein and I
took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States, and we
also willingly pledged to abide by Military Regulations. This stands
in sharp contrast to the lack of integrity apparent in your ridiculous
e-mail, which implies that violating Military Regulations is a small
matter. Clearly you don’t have a clue about what it means to be an
honorable service member.

Further, you imply that using such patently offensive symbols is no
big deal. Obviously you don’t have the moral character or the
intellectual ability (or both) to imagine what Nazi symbols mean to
our countless honorable veterans of World War II, not to mention our
many Jewish American citizens and ALL honorable Americans. That’s
right, you can try to minimize or deny it all you want, but the
soldiers in question were posing with a flag decorated with a Nazi
symbol and decorating their rifles with the same symbol. You may try
to argue that the lightening bolt SS symbol stands only for Scout
Snipers, but it remains an abhorrent Nazi symbol none the less, and
clearly the DoD and Marine Corps agree with our assessment. Any
service member who poses with this symbol dishonors the uniform, the
American flag and the United States of America. And it is your defense
of this conduct that is shameful. The truly sick part of all of this
is that you are clearly teaching your children the same odious
attitudes; you don’t deserve to be either a service member’s wife or a
parent.

In conclusion, your implication that we are not patriots flies in the
face of reason. On the contrary, it is vacuous individuals such as you
who are treasonous and devoid of honor. If your husband is an
honorable man, he would be ashamed of your sickening e-mail and your
noxious attitude. It is imbecilic individuals such as you who disgrace
the Constitution of the United States as well as the U.S. Military.
