    Ralph >is< a racist bible thumper and is using his position to push his religion in A secular environment,, meaning the armed services.
    He's against everything related to the freedoms we share and wants his religious version of indoctrinated order and obedience..
    He needs to removed from his position and sent to the church of his choice and never allowed to serve in any public position.. again
