Far-Right Site “The Blaze” Covers MRFF’s Victory Getting Easter Bible Display Removed from VA Facility; Misrepresents MRFF as “Atheist Group” (Changes it to “secular activist group” after “Cease & Desist” letter from MRFF)

MRFF-before-and-after
The Blaze, covering MRFF’s recent victory in getting a prominently placed Easter display of Bibles and other Christian books removed from the Patriot Store at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM, at the request of ten employees and patients, libelously labels MRFF an “atheist group” and an “atheist activist group,” despite contradictorily noting that seven of the ten employees and patients who complained about the display are Christians!

The work you do to support religious freedom in the US military is so important, especially now! Not only has politics polarized our units and workplaces, it seems to have increased heavy-handed attempts at religious indoctrination and proselyting. We have some extremely ethical leaders in the military. Unfortunately we still have a few that don’t see religion as something deeply personal, but think their job is to push their beliefs on others. Thanks again!
God bless the Blaze.
How were they pushing their beliefs on others Gary? You either buy the Easter book, or you don’t. Simple as that.
Jejej, so where were items celebrating the rest of faiths which have holy holidays this time of year? I saw only Christian which is against the law. Either all faiths have representation or none do.
But it’s never about inclusion, amirite?
Equality feels like persecution to the privileged.
