    No he’s not. He’s in Tenerife! Been on vacation for 2000 years!

    Okay, okay, I stand corrected. He does look in on those little kids getting raped by the clergy every now and then so I s’pose he does show up for work occasionally, albeit remotely.

    Might be a COVID thing. I hear he’s an anti-vaxxer.

    Jesus apparently approves of hurling childish insults at people we don’t understand or with whom we disagree. And Jesus approves of insulting the religious beliefs of others. Or, at least those are the views of Name Withheld, who invokes the name of Jesus as he insults and degrades people with religious views that differ from his. I guess he is ignorant of the fact that Jesus was a Jew. And the fact that Name Withheld’s behavior doesn’t reflect well on him or his religion. Just another day in the office for Mikey and the MRFF – fielding ignorant insults from people who hate the constitution and religious freedom.

    For maximum effect and clarity, issues should always be boiled down to their simplest essence. In the case of this particular issue, that essence is this:

    You have a constitutional right to worship and believe whatever you want to believe, and the power of government should be used to protect that right, BUT you have no constitutional, legal or moral right to impose your beliefs on others, and exposure to a sectarian expression, like the Jesus/lifeboat painting in a secular space funded by ALL taxpayers, is hijacking the power of government to advance YOUR beliefs at the expense of others’.

    You can whine, play the victim and compose the most vulgar (and, frequently, incoherent, ungrammatical and misspelled) threats you want, but it will never and can never change the simple facts of the matter.
