Johnson amendment is trashed. Sec Duffy said in a hearing that the First Amendment doesn’t say anywhere that one is free from religion, even though there are centuries of legal back and forth saying yeah, it does. Apparently a comma when speaking legalese is just as important as a period when coding in Fortran (or so I’m told or would have been had I not fallen asleep in class).
SecDef Whisky has removed all females in leadership positions across all branches of the military. And I just read a comment section where a man tried to tell the rest of us that women just aren’t as strong as men. LOL I mean I know I’m not but I also know many women who not only meet the physical standards for being a fire fighter or combat military soldier but they beat them. It never was about gender when it comes to physical preparedness, just misogyny.
Maybe it’s good that the FOTUS admin has decimated the Federal workforce. SCOTUS gave the president permission (Sauce for the GOP is permission for Democrats too, n’est pas?) which means when (and I mean when not if) WeThePeople take back our country from these Nationalist Christian White Supremacist jerk faces after they’ve finished imploding (visualize Raiders of the Lost Ark when the Nazi’s open the Ark and whelp, they chose poorly. Poor Ark was hungry!) and I got lost in the visual of MAGA eliminated via the lighning bolt. Hey, rapture is rapture!
But I digress. Point is, when WeThePeople retake our country We have permissions to remake the institutions and rules to meet the coming challenges.
The earth is way beyond the tipping point as for raking back the worst effects of climate change. That’s just reality. What we have here/now isn’t even close to being prepared so… We fly by the seat of our pants.
We workshop and crowdsource and get folks opinions on solutions. We use Interest Based Problem Solving which will forestall all those ‘just asking questions’ and contrarian types. What’s IBPS? Everyone who has skin in the game gets together to hammer out a solution who whatever game is on the table. No one is allowed to just say no because when they do say no they have to offer their solution to the crowd, who then rips it apart, puts it back together until we get consensus.
It doesn’t matter the issue. This tool will get WeThePeople up and running again. At least that’s how I see it. Your milage may vary.
