On behalf of my family and close friends, I would like to thank you for your swift action in regards to the religious persecution my husband and others have endured while attending United States Army (school name withheld) School. I was amazed with how quickly the MRFF was able to respond and act. The level of personal care that was given to this situation is worth more than money could buy. The idea that such representation was provided at no cost is almost unimaginable. My emails were always responded to within hours, usually minutes! I have never had contact with an organization that was also able to provide immediate support via telephone at all hours. It became truly apparent that the offices of the MRFF never close: I was provided support and information at all hours, including 10:30PM phone calls and 7:30AM emails.
I also am truly amazed that an investigation was able to begin so quickly. Much quicker than I believe a formal investigation would have been able to initiate. While it can be intimidating to report such failures in fear of retaliation, I believe that such is very unlikely. If such were to occur I know the MRFF will not stand by it. I know they will be there to help every step of the way. It has become wildly apparent that the right choice was made in reporting such unprofessional conduct by the (US Army school name withheld) cadre. I will go to bed and rest easy knowing that I did the right thing.
I believe that due to my reports, others like my husband, will not have to endure the unfair and illegal acts my husband has had inflicted upon him due to his choice to not attend chapel services while in (US Army school name withheld) school. I also believe that others who do choose to attend chapel services will be able to do so without harassment of (US Army school name withheld) Cadre using such despicable language towards them and the chaplains. Thus, I believe they will be able to worship God in a more respectful environment, instead of such a disgraceful one.
