Sounds good to me.
So you have no problem with a Hindu, Muslim, or Satanist using those regulations to proselytize to you while you just have to stand there and be told you are worthless and will never amount to anything because you are the wrong religion, and you have nothing to stop your superior’s actions?
Remember, the regulations have to be neutral with respect to religion. Anything that you think that you can do to another based on your religion can be done to you based on THEIR religion.
The new rule actually weakens religious liberty for service members. Allowing CO’s and chaplains to force their subordinates to endure proselytizing and religious practices against their will is going to backfire on Christians when there are fewer of them and many more Islamic, Jewish, and Buddhist Chaplains. Senator Cruz and the Undersecretary of Defense have lit a fire under their own house.
