I finally reached out to you with a serious concern once I realized that no one else had done so about this matter, and knowing that it was time to speak up. My only regret is that I didn’t contact you sooner! The burden of a year’s worth of worrying and indecisiveness was lifted within minutes by your immediate response and willingness to pursue a course of action.
