Subject: Thank you

Dear Mikey,

I just wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to help me, especially while you were on personal leave. That meant more than I can properly put into words.

As an active duty service member, there are moments where you can feel completely isolated and believe there is nowhere left to turn. Sometimes it feels like IG, EO, SHARP, leadership, or the system itself cannot or will not help. During one of those moments, MRFF was there.

You showed me that there are still people willing to stand in someone’s corner when they need it most. More importantly, you showed me there is still hope.

I truly believe all service members need to know about this resource. Organizations like MRFF matter because they help ensure leaders are held accountable to treating others with dignity and respect. Leaders should have nothing to fear from accountability if their decisions and actions are grounded in dignity, respect, and doing what is right.

Please also extend my gratitude to everyone at MRFF. What you all do matters more than you probably realize.

Respectfully,

An Active Duty Service Member
