Dear Mikey,

I find your hate filled organization repugnant. You would not dare spill such hate filled bile against muslims, you know better. But you have found your target against Christians who will not, no, cannot fight back.

I have never seen such bile filled hate in my life except out of other extremist groups such as the KKK or the Black Panthers. Is this the tack of your group. Target Christians to raise money and express your hatred and drive Christians out of the military? Do you have a hammer and nails at the ready for when you and your marxist comrads have your opportuntiy to round up Christians and nail them to crosses once again or feed them to wild beasts?

God save of from the new anti-Christian holocaust you seem to want to impose upon America.

Dear (name withheld),

Any hate you see in MRFF can only be a reflection of the hate we encounter from those who identify themselves as “Dominion Christians.” Yes, world domination and conversion of all faiths and non-beliefs to their bastardized form of Christianity is the goal of dominionism and we find in it the ugly face of religion run amok . If you are not familiar with this term just Google “Dominion Christianity” along with “Christian Reconstructionism.” This will give you a chilling glimpse into the efforts of Dominionist Christians to create an all Christian armed force with which to accomplish their goal of international dominance.

MRFF’s mission is to ensure that irrespective of their faith, or lack thereof, all members of the armed forces receive freedom of religion or freedom from religion as guaranteed by the United States Constitution.

We have no quarrel with honest Christian practice or honest practice of any faith. It is only the religious extremist we seek to depose, whether Muslim Taliban, Dominion Christian, some sects of Hasidic Jews or any other militant and aggressive evangelist types.

Christian Dominionists, over time, have infiltrated all branches of the Armed Forces and begun a process of command centered and coercive Christian proselytizing. Our service academies and military training facilities are the most vulnerable but this form of evangelizing has been active even in combat zones.

MRFF has often been the only thing between over-zealous Dominionist officers in the chain of command and unfortunate lower grade Airmen, Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Coast Guard, Reserves and National Guard.

I’m afraid you have misjudged us and I invite you to visit our web site at militaryreligiousfreedom.org for more information on MRFF and a clear picture of what we are all about.

Dear (name withheld),

What you call hate is a forceful calling out of Christian Dominionists intent on using the military as their personal playground for proselytizing to an audience controlled by the UCMJ and Lawful Orders from their commanders. Your perception of hate is based on Mikey and MRFF’s conscious choice to use some of the same language Christian Dominionst consistently deploy against any who happen to disagree with them.
I am a Christian (Episcopalian in fact) who fully supports Mikey’s and MRFF’s attempt to protect members of the U.S. Military from unconstitutional religious influence in relation to their training, assignment, advancement and retention. This includes all attempts at proselytizing any religious belief within the military structure. MRFF also fully supports the military chaplaincy role in its passive (i.e. without proselytization) ministrations to the religious needs of all U.S. Service Members.
Equating MRFF’s support of stopping all religious proselytization within a strictly government controlled environment as exists in the military with a hatred of Christianity is not only dishonest and disingenuous, some may even describe it as bearing false witness.
Sincerely,
Andy Kasehagen
p.s. I have to ask, were ‘stopthelies’ & ‘stopthelies1’ already taken at Yahoo by birthers and/or Alex Jones?
