I’m a US Army Chaplain and see my existence in the US Army Chapalin core being rooted in the 1st amendment. I appreciate you steadfastness to ensure the free exercise of religion among our armed forces. Although I am a Protestant Chaplain, I was trained to protect and facilitate the freedom of all faiths including those of no faith group. A good friend of mine has become the first active duty Army Buddhist Chaplain and I feel privileged to serve with him as he provides for the religious needs of the some 3000 Buddhist Soldiers. Spirituality is an important part of many Soldiers life and Chaplains like my friend go with Soldiers all over the world providing for their freedom of religion. This is something to be celebrated and I think you should reflect this on you ‘about us’ page. Furthermore, the Army has just commissioned it’s first Hindu Chaplain. Most Chaplains understand the importance of being present for Soldiers in need, and providing for their spiritual needs. I see great value in your partnering with military Chaplains in education and awareness training because the foundation of the Chaplain core and MRF is the 1st amendment. I appreciate any feedback that might help me understand how I can better protect the 1st amendment freedom of Soldiers in the US Army.

Bravo US Army Chaplain, I am delighted to see your willingness to protect the 1st amendment freedom of Soldiers in the US Army. I’m sure Mikey and the MRFF family are also glad to know there are persons of faith out there supporting and defending the US Constitution right there with them!
